The office of the Director, Forensic
Science Laboratory, Meghalay, Shillong propose to appoint 2 (two) Senior Scientific
Assistant purely on contractual basis for a period of 1 (one) year to
assist the experts in Forensic Science Laboratory to carry out various
assignments in the Divisions of the Laboratory.
1. Name
of Post: Senior Scientific
Assistant (SSA) (Biology)
- Number
of post: 1
- Educational
Qualification: M.Sc. in
Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Forensic Science with
Botany/Zoology/Bio-Chemistry as one of the subject in degree level.
- Desirable: Candidates having research/analytical experience.
- Age
limit: Upper age limit 45 years.
However age limit can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
- Remuneration: Rs.41,000/- per month (fixed)
2. Name
of Post: Senior Scientific Assistant
(Chemistry)
- Number
of post: 1
- Educational
Qualification: M.Sc.
in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Forensic Science with Chemistry/Toxicology as one of
the subject.
- Desirable: Candidates having research/analytical
experience.
- Age
limit: Upper age limit 45 years.
However age limit can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
- Remuneration: Rs.41,000/- per month (fixed)
The Walk-in-Interview will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd and 4th October 2019 from
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the office of
the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Mawdiangdiang.
