1. Post Name: JRF/SRF
- No. of Post: 01 (one)
- Name of the Project: Does antimicrobial resistance antibiotic (AMR) in livestock contributes to AMR in people in NE India? An interdisciplinary study investigating antibiotic use, drivers of AMR and transmission dynamics.
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduates in Microbiology/Life Science/Biotechnology /Veterinary /Science/Agriculture Science/Food Science/Food Microbiology or any other relevant disciplines.
- Desirable Qualification: Relevant experience in bacteriology/microbiology /antimicrobial resistance work/molecular biology/Genomics/bioinformatics is desirable. Knowledge of bioinformatics (Python, Perl, R, Java) will be of advantage.
- Emoluments per month: Rs.28,000/- + HRA as per norms.
- Age Limit: Minimum age 21 year and maximum age of 45 years as on the date of the advertisement.

- Name of the Project: High Resolution genome Based Tracing of Antimicrobial Resistant Escherichia coli in Pork production chain to identify the Critical Control Points-a One Health Systems Study under Grand Challenge India funded by Bill and Melinda gates Foundation through BIRAC, DBT, India Likely date of project completion December 2020.
- Essential Qualification: Postgraduates in Microbiology/Life Science /Biotechnology /Veterinary/Science/Agriculture Science/Food Science/Food Microbiology or any other relevant disciplines.
- Desirable Qualification: Relevant experience in microbiology/food microbiology/antimicrobial resistance work/molecular biology is desirable.
- Emoluments per month: Rs.31,000/- + HRA as per norms.
- Age Limit: Minimum age 21 year and maximum age of 45 years as on the date of the advertisement.

with full bio-data addressed to the Director of the Institute. Attested copies
