Qualification: A person who is or has been a Judge of the
High Court, or Who is eligible to be
a Judge of the High Court.
2. Post
Name: non-Judicial Member
No. of Post: 01
(one)
Qualification: A person of impeccable integrity, outstanding
ability having special knowledge and expertise of not less than twenty-five
years in the matters relating to anti-corruption policy, public administration,
vigilance, finance including insurance and banking, law, and management.
Age Criteria: Not
be less than 45 years of age as on date of advertisement.
Tenure of the
Posts: The person empanelled as Members of the
Meghalaya Lokayukta shall hold office for a term of 5 (five) years from the date
of entering his office or until such person attains the age of seventy years,
whichever is earlier.

Apply
All applicants, whether nominated or those who
are applying directly in response to the Advertisement, must submit their
applications in the prescribed proforma which is enclosed as Annexure-A.
Applications which are not in the prescribed proforma will be summarily
rejected.
Application, complete in all respects along
with latest Passport Size photo and duly signed by the applicants, must be
