of Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction.
The scale of Pay: Rs.51550-1230-58930-1380-63070/- per
month
Age: 35 years & have not attained the age of
45 years.
How to
Apply of Tripura High Court Recruitment 2020
Application stating the above particulars along with the following
should reach the office of the Registrar General, High Court of Tripura,
Agartala on or before 03.03.2020.
1.
The candidates already in Government Services shall apply either through proper
channel or attach ‘No-Objection Certificate’ from his/her employer.
2.
Self-attested copy of certificate relating to Degree in Law granted by
recognized university.
3.
Self-attested copy of Enrolment Certificate granted by the Bar Council.
4.
Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
5. Self
attested certificate of practice at the Bar issued by the concerned District
& Sessions Judge of the concerned District and the President/Secretary of
the concerned Bar Association.
7.
4 (four) copies of self-attested recent passport size photograph.
8.
Bank Draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- in case of Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled
Castes candidates) payable at Agartala in favor of the Registrar General, High
Court of Tripura, Agartala.
Syllabus
of Tripura High Court Recruitment 2020
i) Paper-I:
One paper of 100 marks (duration not less than 2 hours) to test the General
Knowledge, aptitude, intelligence, a test of comprehension and expression of the law
and General English including Essay Writing on legal topic and information
technology.
ii) Paper-II:
One paper of 100 marks (duration not less than 2 hours) regarding objective
questions and problems of law as regards the Transfer of Property Act, Civil
Procedure Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Evidence Act, Indian Penal
Code, and Limitation Act.
iii) Paper-III:
One paper of 100 marks (during not less than 2 hours) – consisting of Judgment
writing (Paper Book to be supplied) – Legal theories on jurisprudence provision
of the Constitution of India.
