be Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce from University recognized by the
State Government or a Degree equivalent thereof and recognized by the Central
Government.
(b) Candidates must have proficiency in
basic Computer application like MS Windows, Linux, Mac Excel, PowerPoint, DTP (English/Assamese)
and the Internet etc. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 (six) months Diploma in
Computer Application from Institute recognized by State or Central Govt.
(c) The candidates must have a shorthand
diploma from and Govt. recognized institution.

Educational Qualification: (a) Candidates shall

Age limit: He/She must not be less than 18 years
of age or more than 44 years of age as on 01/01/2019. The upper age limit is relaxable

of Birth Certificate/ Matriculation Certificates/HSLC Admit/Certificate issued
