Lot Mandal (Grade-III)
No. of vacancy: 14 [UR: 08, OBC: 01, SC: 01, STP: 02 & EWS: 02]
Educational Qualification:
# The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be HSLC in any discipline from a University/Board recognized by the Government or equivalent thereto and recognized by the Government.
# He/She must have good working knowledge of office productively software tools (independent) of any operating system. Candidates must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer proficiency from a recognized institute.
# The applicants must possess a valid 6 (six) months “Recorders’ Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training” certificate from the Assam Surveys and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
Age: The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by:-
# By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
# By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
# For PWD by 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category of candidates.
# The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
Nationality: Candidate must be a Citizen of India, ordinarily residence of Assam.
Selection Procedure for Lot Mandal (Grade-III)
The applicants for the post of Lot Mandal whose applications are found in order will be called for written Test Examination comprising of the following subjects:-
# General English: 20 marks
# General Knowledge: 30 marks
# Quantitative Aptitude: 30 marks
# Knowledge of Computer (theory): 20 marks
# Language Skill in Assamese/English: 40 marks
# Knowledge on Survey and Settlement: 60 marks

# Scanned passport photograph, signature should be in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.
# HSLC Admit Card, HSLC Mark Sheet, HSLC Certificate, Certificate of Diploma in Computer Application, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD) (If applicable), Discharge Certificate, Recorders’ Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training should be in JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF format.
# The size of the recent colour scanned passport size photograph should be in between 7KB to 50KB (clearly legible).
# The size of the scanned signature should be in between 7KB to 30KB (clearly legible).
# The size of the scanned copy of the
(i) HSLC Admit Card.
(ii) HSLC Mark Sheet.
(iii) HSLC Certificate.
(iv) Certificate of Diploma in Computer Application.
(v) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
(vi) Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD) etc. if applicable and
(vii) Recorders’ Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training should not exceed 200KB (clearly legible).
(viii) Discharge Certificate (for ex-serviceman).
