Qualification:
(i) IMA & Officers’ Training Academy: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) INA: Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution.
(iii) AFA: Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Age limit:
1. For IMA: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2003 and not later than 1st January, 2008 only are eligible.
2. For Indian Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2003 and not later than 1st January, 2008 only are eligible.
3. For Air Force Academy: Age: 20 to 24 years as on 1st January, 2027 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January 2003 and not later than 1st January 2007.
4. For Officers' Training Academy: Unmarried male candidate born not earlier than 2nd January 2002 and not later than 1st January 2008 only are eligible.

Application Fee of UPSC CDA Exam 2026
Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/ UPI Payment or by using internet banking facility of any Bank.
Exam Syllabus for UPSC CDA Exam 2026
1. For Admission to IMA, INA and AFA:
- English: 100 marks.
- General Knowledge: 100 marks.
- Elementary Mathematics: 100 marks.
2. For Admission to Officers’ Training Academy:
- English: 100 marks.
- General Knowledge: 100 marks.
