The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), New Delhi has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 300 posts of Administrative Officers (Scale-I) in the Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL). Online applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates.

Qualification:

(i) Generalist Officers: Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST candidates).

(ii) Hindi (Rajbhasha Officers): Master’s Degree with 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).

1. Age limit: 21 to 30 years as on 30.11.2025.

2. Application Fee: 

# SC/ST/PWD: Rs.250/- (incl. of GST).

# All other candidates: Rs.1000/- (incl. of GST).

Selection Process for OICL Recruitment

(i) Phase-I (Preliminary Examination) for both posts

• English Language: 30 marks.
• Reasoning Ability: 35 marks.
• Quantitative Aptitude: 35 marks.

(ii) Phase-II (Main Examination)

A. For Generalists

• Test of Reasoning: 45 marks
• Test of English Language: 40 marks
• Test of General Awareness: 40 marks
• Test of Quantitative Aptitude: 40 marks
• Test of Computer Knowledge: 35 marks
• English Language: Essay – 20 marks & Précis – 10 marks.

B. Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers

• Test of Reasoning: 25 marks.
• Test of English Language: 25 marks.
• Professional Knowledge: 100 marks.
• General Awareness: 25 marks.
• Test of Computer Knowledge: 25 marks.
• English and Hindi Language: 50 marks.
