FAQs on Eligibility Criteria for the post of Assistant Manager
1. Can the last semester students of a three years’ degree course apply for the recruitment for Assistant Manager?
Ans. As per the Eligibility Criteria for the advertised post, only those applicants are eligible to apply, who have completed minimum educational qualification of Graduation or equivalent with any of the 6 Major Subject(s) as per eligibility criteria.
2. I am a B. Sc. Physics Honors student and had Mathematics as one of the subject in college till 3rd semester. Am I eligible to apply?
Ans. Applicants who have had the following major subject(s) for a minimum of 2 semesters or 1 year in their graduation or post-graduation degree are eligible to apply for the post. Major Subjects: (i) Business Economics, (ii) Accounting, (iii) Commerce, (iv) Financial Management/Finance, (v) Banking, (vi) Mathematics
3. I have done one (1) year computer diploma and even have studied economics in college for 3 semesters i.e. one and half year, will I be eligible for the same post??
Ans. Applicants who have had the following major subject(s) for a minimum of 2 semesters or 1 year in their graduation or post-graduation degree are eligible to apply for the post. Major Subjects: (i) Business Economics, (ii) Accounting, (iii) Commerce, (iv) Financial Management/Finance, (v) Banking, (vi) Mathematics
4. Is it mandatory to submit 1 year Certificate on Computer Application? As I had computer course/computer subject in my Graduation/Post Graduation Degree for 2 semesters, will it be considered as 1 year Certificate on Computer Application or we have to submit 1 year Certificate on Computer Application separately?
Ans. As per the eligibility criteria, Minimum of one year of Certificate Course in Computer Application is mandatory. However, applicants who had computer as a subject for minimum of 2 semesters or 1 year in their graduation or post-graduation degree, will be considered as equivalent to having One Year of Certificate Course in Computer and therefore will not be required to submit 1 year Certificate Course in Computer.
5. I've graduated with Chemistry honours along with Mathematics and Physics being my other subjects. So, am I eligible?
Ans. Applicants who have had the following major subject(s) for a minimum of 2 semesters or 1 year in their graduation or post-graduation degree are eligible to apply for the post. Major Subjects: (i) Business Economics, (ii) Accounting, (iii) Commerce, (iv) Financial Management /Finance, (v) Banking, (vi) Mathematics.
6. I have done my graduation in economics honors and I also have 1 year computer diploma , Am I eligible to fill the form for this post?
Ans. Applicants who have had the following major subject(s) for a minimum of 2 semesters or 1 year in their graduation or post-graduation degree are eligible to apply for the post. 7. I have a master's degree (M.Tech) in Power Electronics (Electrical Engineering), am I and others with a similar qualification as mine apply for the post.
