IIM Shillong Recruitment 2025 – Details
1. Post Name: Fellows
- No. of posts: 35 (Thirty-five)
- Essential: Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in both UG and PG from reputed universities or Institutes of National Importance.
- Desirable: Preference for candidates with domain experience from premier institutes (IITs/IIMs/ISB/TISS), project management skills, experience in government schemes, ICT proficiency, and MS Office expertise; exposure to MS Projects or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field is desired.
- Salary: Rs 70,000/- per month.
- Age Limit: 35 years of age as on the last date of application i.e. 06-07-2025.
Place of Posting/Job Location: In any Departments/Districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The competent authority of GoAP will assign a job, and place of work as deemed fit based on the requirement and performance.
2. Post Name: Assistant Fellows
- No. of posts: 65 (Sixty-five)
- Essential: Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies from reputed universities or Institutes of National Importance.
- Desirable: Candidates with domain experience from premier institutes like IITs/IIMs/ISB/TISS will be preferred. Knowledge of project management, implementation and monitoring of government schemes, ICT experience, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field is desired.
- Salary: Rs 60,000/- per month.
- Age Limit: 35 years of age as on the last date of application i.e. 06-07-2025.
