Applications are invited in duly filled up Standard Form from the eligible candidates as published in (part-IX) Assam Gazette from citizens of India for filling up the following vacant posts in Sub-Division Judicial Magistrate (M), Naharkatia under the establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dibrugarh.

1. Name of Post: Jarikarak
  • No. of Vacant post: 2 (UR-1 & EWS-1)
  • Qualification: VIII passed
  • Scale of pay: Pay Band Rs.14000-60500 + Rs.5200
2. Name of Post: Office Peon
  • No. of Vacant post: 2 (OBC/MOBC-1 & EWS-1)
  • Qualification: VIII passed
  • Scale of pay: Pay Band Rs.12000-52000 + Rs.3900
Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined in the Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.

Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for the aforesaid posts. Candidates having special skills and having experience of working in Government Officers will be given preference.

Candidates must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age on the date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age is relaxable as per rules.

Candidates belongs to OBC/MOBC category must submit their cast certificate.

Application must be accompanied with self attested copies of all testimonials regarding education qualification, age, caste, Income & Assets certificate in case of EWS etc. along with 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs self attested (one pasted and one stapled).

No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for attending the written test/viva-voce.

Candidates intending to apply for different post shall submit separate applications.

Envelope containing application should indicate the name of the post applied for on the top in block letters as – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____________” and address to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Near Phoolbagan, A.T. Road, Dibrugarh-786001.

The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for written test followed by viva-voce.

No calling letter will be issued separately to the candidates.
