| Eligibility & Essential Qualifications |
- Counsellor: Must be a woman holding a Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Psychiatry, Neurosciences, Social Work, or Sociology. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience working with a government or non-government health project/programme at the District level. Preference will be given to local residents of Sivasagar District.
- Multi Purpose Worker (MPW): Must be a woman who is literate. High School pass or equivalent is preferred along with relevant domain knowledge/experience. Preference will be given to local residents of Sivasagar District.
- Security Guard: Must be HSLC Passed with a minimum of 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the District/State level. Preference will be given to retired military/paramilitary personnel. Must be a resident of Sivasagar District.
- Age Limit: Age criteria will be mapped according to the relevant state government guidelines.

- Screening: Shortlisting will be conducted based on criteria mapping, academic history, and validation of submitted credentials.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted aspirants will be intimated exclusively via Email or SMS tracking to appear for a structured viva-voce evaluation round. No separate physical call letters will be issued.
- Verification: Selected profiles must present all original certifications and 3 recent passport-sized color photographs at the evaluation desk.

- Obtain a standard application form (Assam Gazette Part IX).
- Fill in all relevant documentation fields accurately, including a valid Email ID and active contact number configuration.
- Attach an updated resume along with self-attested copies of testimonials validating age proof (HSLC Admit/Aadhaar), identity cards (PAN/Voter/Caste), and structural address validation proofs (PRC/Aadhaar).
- Enclose the application components in a sealed envelope clearly labeling "Application for the post of [Name of Post]" across the top border.
