1. Process Server
No. of posts: 03 (Unreserved: 02 & OBC: 01)
Pay Band: Rs.14000-60500 + GP Rs.5200/-

2. Night Chowkidar
No. of post: 01 (Unreserved)
Pay Band: Rs.12000-52000 + GP Rs.3900/-

  • Qualification: The candidate must have been minimum qualification of VIII standard passed and those who have passed HSSLC (Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate) or above shall be ineligible to apply for both the said posts. Candidates possessing special skills may be given preference on need basis.
  • Age limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms for reserved categories.

Mode of Selection for District & Sessions Judge Dibrugarh


(i) Process Server: There will be a Written Examination of 30 marks and Viva Voce of 20 marks. The candidates will be called for the Viva Voce in the following manner: (a) First twenty candidates or (b) Candidates obtaining 60% and above in the written examination will be only be considered for Viva Voce, whichever is less.

(ii) Night Chowkidar: There will be Viva Voce of 25 mark.
