The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA), East Khasi Hills District (EKHD), Shillong, has issued an official recruitment notification for 16 posts of Junior Consultant (RMNCH), District Program Manager (ECD), and Hospital Administrator under the Meghalaya State Health Society (MSHS).

MBMA Shillong Recruitment Details
1. Junior Consultant (RMNCH)
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Community Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, or related fields from a recognized and reputed university/institution.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in RMNCH or public health programme implementation, research, or clinical work.
- Experience in RMNCH programme implementation or evaluation at facility, district, or state level is desirable.
- Research work (published papers, reports, or studies) in health sector management and Human Resources for Health is highly desirable.
Salary: ₹70,000 per month.
2. District Program Manager (ECD)
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, Sociology, Education, Early Childhood Studies, Statistics, Economics, or any other relevant social science discipline from a recognized institution.
- Graduates with more than 2 years of relevant work experience are also eligible.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience working on government programmes and with community institutions will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and to speak and write in local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar) is advantageous.
Salary: ₹50,000 per month.
3. Hospital Administrator
No. of posts: 14 (Fourteen)
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare/Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Management.
- Certification in Quality Management, Procurement, or Public Finance is desirable.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in hospital or health facility management.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a government health facility, large public hospital, or health programme is desirable.
- Proven experience in budget management, procurement/tendering, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with state/district public health systems and related processes is advantageous.
Salary: ₹46,000 per month.
# Age Limit: Candidates for consultant position must be below 40 years of age and for District Programe Manager
& Hospital Administrator positions must be below 45 years of age.
