Manager, Grade-A

# Electrical: 17 [UR: 11, ST: 04 & SC: 02]
# Civil: 08 [UR: 04, ST: 03 & SC: 01]
# Mechanical: 04 [UR: 02, ST: 01 & SC: 01]
Classification: Group-B (Executive)
Eligibility Criteria for TSECL Manager Posts
# Qualification: Degree (in terms of section 22 of the UGC Act 1956) in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering from any institute approved by AICTE with a valid GATE Score in related branch.
# Scale of pay:
(i) In the post Manager (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical), Grade-A, pay will be fixed at Cell-1, Level-13 (Revised), in the pay scale of Rs.10230-34800/- Grade Pay Rs.4800/- (pre-revised) as per the pay matrix of “Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules 2018”.
(ii) During the period as Management Trainees Degree Engineers will be paid consolidated remuneration Rs.17,500/- per month, respectively.
# Age limit: 21 to 40 (forty) years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 (Five) years in case of ST/SC/PwDs (PH) candidates as per the Reservation Rules of Government of Tripura.
Job Description of TSECL Manager
(i) Planning, Operation and Maintenance of Generation, Transmission and Distribution systems of TSECL including Tariff, Commercial, System Operation, Trading, etc. related jobs.
(ii) Besides above, any other activity in the interest of TSECL as and when required.
Selection Procedure of TSECL Manager
# The posts of ‘Manager (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical), Grade-A’ will be filled-up directly based on valid GATE Score of the applicants in order of Merit against vacancies.
Application Fee of TSECL Manager
(i) Rs.500/- (Five hundred) only for UR category candidates and Rs.400/- (Four hundred) only for SC/ST category candidates through a Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited payable at Agartala.
(ii) SC/ST candidates of other States (not recognized by the Government of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as UR candidate along with requirement fee prescribed for UR candidates.
(iii) The recruitment fee is non-refundable in nature; once it is paid, it will not be refunded to the applicant under any circumstances, even if the recruitment process is cancelled.
