The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released a recruitment notification for 403 vacancies of Head Constable (General Duty) under the Sports Quota–2025. Eligible and interested candidates may apply online from 18 May 2025 to 06 June 2025.

Application Fee

  • Fee: ₹100 for UR/OBC/EWS. Exempted: SC/ST/Female (with valid certificate).

Age Limit

  • Age Limit: 18-23 years (born between 02/08/2002 and 01/08/2007).
  • Relaxation: SC/ST - +5 years; OBC - +3 years.
  • Departmental candidates: Max age 45 (SC/ST), 40 (Gen/EWS/OBC) with 3+ years continuous central govt service.

Salary

  • Pay Level-4 (Rs.25500-81100/-) + other allowances.

Recruitment Process

1. Stage 1: Trial Test, Proficiency Test, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Documentation at various centres.

2. Trial Test: Qualifying test (20 marks); minimum 10 marks required; identity and biometric verification done.

3. Proficiency Test: 40 marks; minimum 20 marks required; no re-test appeals.

4. Physical Standard Test: Measurements of height, chest, weight; relaxations allowed with valid certificates; appeals allowed once.

5. Documentation: Verification of original certificates (education, age, caste, sports achievements, ID proof, NOC, photos); no appeal against rejection.

6. Stage 2: Medical Examination for shortlisted candidates (about twice the vacancies); fitness assessed as per government norms.

7. Medical Results: Candidates declared FIT or UNFIT; Review Medical Examination (RME) allowed once; no appeal beyond RME.

8. Final Selection: Based on Proficiency Test marks and sports achievements (out of 10); ties resolved by age, then alphabetical order.

9. Result Publication: On cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in/; no waiting list maintained.
