Post Name: District Programme Officer (DPO)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: Post-graduate degree/Diploma in Management, Urban/Rural Planning, Social Science, Disaster Management or ordinary graduate having 2-5 years experience in Government/PSU/Civil Society Sector having relevance to Disaster Management may apply. Retired Government/PSU employees who have worked in Gr-B/A post and having experience in Disaster Management/Crowd Management./Social The sector may also apply with an experience certificate.

Period of Service: 1 (one) year which may be extended depending upon the continuation of the program and performance of the candidate. Employee or employer can resign from the post or terminate the employee with One month's notice without assigning any reason.

Age Limitation: Not below 21 years and not more than 40 years (age relaxation for reserved categories as per Tripura Govt. The rule is applicable). Retired employee’s age, not more than 65 years and physically fit may also apply with age proof documents and experience certificate from the last office where He/She worked.

Application are hereby invited in plain paper (prescribed format enclosed) from the bonafide Indian Citizen and residing in Tripura permanently for engagement under DM’s Office, Gomati District for Disaster Management.

Important Date, Time & Venue

The last date of submission of application: 05-12-2019 (office day and hours only)

Date of written examination and interview: 17-12-2019 at 10.30 AM (Written examination for 50 marks. The time allowed 1 (one) hour on Current Affairs and G.K followed by an interview to be started from 12 noon. 10 (ten) marks will be for the interview. If the interview of all candidates cannot be completed on 17-12-2019 it will continue on the next working day.

Venue: The written examination will be at Conference Hall of DM Office and interview will be at the Chamber of Sr. Deputy Magistrate (Office of the DM & Collector, First Floor)
