1. Post Name: Accounts Assistant (Contractual for
one year only)
No. of Post: 01 (one)
Minimum education qualification: Graduate with 6 (six) Months Computer
Diploma/Certificate. Preference will be given to the candidates who have
proficiency in Accountancy and Computer Application.
Scale of Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month
2. Post Name: Data Entry Operator (Contractual for
one year only)
No. of Post: 01 (one)
Minimum education qualification: Higher Secondary with 6 (six) months
Computer Diploma/Certificate.
Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month
Age: Candidates shall not be less than 18 years
and more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2019. The upper age limit is
relaxable as per Govt. rules.

Applications are
invited in standard form as published in Assam Gazette in Part-IX and submit
the same along with 3 (three) recent
Passport size Photographs, self-attested photocopies of documents regarding age
proof, educational and other (computer knowledge) qualification, caste (if
any), Pass Certificate, Employment Exchange certificates, experience
certificate etc. The applications must reach the Office of the DLSA,
Nalbari by Post or by personal submission to the DropBox at the Office during
office hours only, on or before 10 (ten)
days from the date of the advertisement. No application forms by way of registered post or dropping in the box
will be entertained after 5.00 PM on the last date.

Eligible
applicants must appear in a Computer
Test, Screening Test, and Viva Voce in a phase-wise manner. Initially the
Candidates have to appear for a Computer Test. The Candidates qualifying in the
Computer Test will be called for Screening Test and the Candidates qualifying
in the Screening Test will be called for Viva Voce. The Marks for the tests
will be as follows:
Computer Test: 75
Screening Test: 75
Interview: 50
The dates of each test will be uploaded in
Official website. No separate Call Letter will be issued.
