1. Deputy Manager (HR)

  • Graduate with 60% marks.
  • Full-time 2-year MBA/PG Degree/Diploma/MSW/MMS/Integrated MBA (UGC/AICTE recognized).
  • Specialization: HR/HRM/HRD/Personnel/Industrial Relations/Labour/Social Welfare.
  • Dual specialization acceptable if one is in the above areas.
2. Deputy Manager (F&A)

  • Graduate with 60% marks.
  • Full-time 2-year MBA/PG Degree/Diploma/MMS/Integrated MBA (UGC/AICTE recognized).
  • Specialization: Finance (or dual with Finance).
  • Or CA/CMA/CFA (Pass class).
3. Deputy Manager (C&MM)

  • Engineering Graduate (any branch) with 60% marks.
  • Full-time 2-year MBA/PG Degree/Diploma/MMS/Integrated MBA.
  • Specialization: Materials/Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory Management.
  • Dual specialization acceptable (one in above areas).
  • Engineering graduates may get up to 5 advance increments.
4. Deputy Manager (Legal)

  • Full-time LLB with 60% marks (Bar Council recognized).
  • Must be registered with Bar Council.
  • 3 years post-qualification experience in Bar or reputed organization (Company/Civil/Labour Laws).
5. Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

  • Master’s Degree in Hindi/English or relevant combination (as per official conditions).
  • Diploma/Certificate in Translation (Hindi↔English) or 2 years translation experience in Govt/PSU.
