Monthly Remuneration & Service Benefits
Appointed Young Professionals are entitled to competitive fixed monthly remuneration and performance-based increments:
- Fixed Emolument: ₹70,000/- per month (all-inclusive). Payment is credited within 7 days of the following month after certification of work and attendance.
- Annual Hike: Up to 5% increase for quality performance and up to 10% for exceptional performance, subject to an upper cap of 1.35 times the initial remuneration.
- Travel Allowances: During official tours across India, TA/DA is provided on par with Central Government Level-8 regular employees.
- Leave Facilities: 1.5 days of paid leave per completed month. Female professionals are eligible for maternity leave as per the Maternity Benefit Act.
