Educational Qualification:
# The candidate must have passed the HSLC Examination or equivalent examination from any Central or State recognized Boards.
# The candidate must possess a valid 06 (Six) month “Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training” certificate from the Assam Surveys & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
# The candidate must possess 06 (Six) months diploma certificate in computer proficiency from a Govt. recognized institute.
Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs.14000-60500/- + Grade Pay Rs.6200/- pm plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
Age limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 (eighteen) years & not more than 40 (forty) years of age as on 01.01.2023. The upper age relaxation for Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe candidates is up to 45 years and for OBC/MOBC candidates is up to 43 years and up to 50 (fifty) years for PwD candidates.

# The application must be submitted online through niyukti.assam.gov.in with effect from 01/03/2023 to 13/03/2023. No application will be filled up after expiry of the given time as the link will be disabled. No other forms of application will be entertained.
# Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of all original testimonials such as Educational Qualification Certificate, RCCC (Recorders Certificate Class Course) Training passed Certificate, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate in case of PwD category candidates issued by competent authority & EWS certificate (if applicable), Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, Declaration in Form “A” under Rule 5 (1) of the Assam Public Service (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2010, good quality of photograph with white background. The candidates already in service must upload scanned copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent Department.
1. Scan your Passport Size color Photograph with white background and make it ready for uploading. The image size should be minimum 20 KB and should not exceed 50 KB and the image dimension should be 3.5cm by 2.5cm. The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png. No other format of image will be accepted.
2. Scan your Specimen signature and make it ready for uploading. Size should be minimum 10 KB and should not exceed 30 KB and the image dimension should be 1.5cm by 2.5cm. The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png. No other format of image will be accepted.
