1. Manager - Technology & Innovation (Information System)
- No. of post: 01 (One)
- Salary: Rs.39000/-
- Age limit: Up to 45 years.

2. Assistant Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation and Programme Associate - Monitoring & Evaluation
- No. of posts: 02 (Two)
- Salary: Rs.31,200/- and Rs. 22,100/-.
- Age limit: Up to 45 years.

3. Field Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria for MBMA Shillong
1. Manager
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication.
- OR MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Systems.
- OR MBA (IT/Systems) with a strong technical background.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Information Systems, IT Project Management, Digital Innovation, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and interoperability standards.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and risk mitigation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and rural project environments.
2. Assistant Manager (AM)
Qualification:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Statistics, Demographics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or Engineering.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an advanced certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Statistics.
Experience
i) Assistant Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Planning roles responsible for implementing M&E activities.
- Experience in developing and designing monitoring & evaluation systems to capture, record, and interpret information for measuring performance and progress.
ii) Programme Associate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Planning positions responsible for implementing M&E activities.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong coordination skills with internal resources and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- The work requires frequent travel to project clusters/villages.
- Applicants should possess their own two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits.
3. Field Coordinator
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Social Work or Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Forestry/Natural Resource Management projects/Rural Development Projects/Externally Aided Projects/Community Organization/Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
Selection Process
- The selection process will consist of a Written Test/Assignment followed by a Personal Interview.
- The Written Test will include questions on Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English.
- The Written Test and Personal Interview will be conducted only in Shillong.
