Terms & Nature of Engagement
|

| Period of Engagement | Purely on an outsourced/guest/temporary basis for Academic Session 2026-27 or until regular staff are posted by NESTS, whichever is earlier. |
| No Regular Claim | The engagement shall not confer any right or claim for regular appointment or permanent absorption in EMRS/NESTS/ Government service. |
| Mandatory Undertaking | Selected personnel must submit an undertaking stating that they will not claim service regularization. |

| Step | Application Process |
| 1 | Collect the prescribed Application Form from the DC Office, Tamenglong, Manipur or download/print the standard annexure format. |
| 2 | Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and relevant experience carefully. |
| 3 | Attach self-attested copies of certificates such as HSLC, Degree, B.Ed., TET, ITI, Nursing, Experience, ID/Address proof, and Category certificates as applicable. |
| 4 | Submit the hard copy of the application form at the DC Office, Tamenglong, Manipur between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on or before 04.09.2026. |
