The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati invites applications for the recruitment of two Project Associate-I positions in the Physical Sciences Division.
These positions are available under a DST, Government of India-sponsored project titled “Electrocaloric Effect and Energy Storage in Freestanding Films for Transparent Flexible Electronics.” The appointments will be purely contractual and co-terminus with the project.

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics/Materials Science.
Experience: Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in handling chemicals/ instruments and having experience/knowledge of thin film, XRD, SEM, etc.
Salary: ₹30,000 (Rupees thirty-one thousand only) + 20% HRA.
Age: Not more than 28 years on 30.09.2025 (relaxation for reserved categories as per GOI norms).
