1. Project Manager
No. of Post: 01 (one)
Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in
Social Work/Social Sciences.
Experience: 5 years experience of working in the
development sector, with atleast 2 years of project management.
Scope of Job & Contract Period: Programme design,
implementation monitoring and evaluation; will be responsible for management of
a project in 5 districts of Nagaland.
Contract: Oct 2020-March 2022.
2. Programme Associate
No. of Post: 01 (one)
Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in
Social Work/Social Sciences.
Experience: 2 years experience of working in the
development sector is desirable; Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Scope of Job & Contract Period: Programme planning,
implementation, documentation and monitoring;
Contract: Oct 2020-March 2023.
3. Accounts Officer
No. of Post: 01 (one)
Qualifications: Graduate or Post
Graduate in Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience of working
in NGO/society in accounting, with atleast 1 year of experience of working in
Tally ERP9.
Scope of Job & Contract Period: Maintain accounting
records in Tally for various projects; preparing annual/half yearly budgets;
receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments;
preparing vouchers and MIS reports.
Contract: Oct 2020-March 2022
