Office of the District Commissioner (DC), Sivasagar has released an official advertisement notification for the recruitment of 06 posts of Resident Superintendent, Office Assistant, Multi-Purpose Stuff (MPS), Cook and Night Guard in Shakti Sadan, Sivasagar under Mission Shakti. DC Sivasagar Recruitment 2025 Details
1. Resident Superintendent
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Having a Master in Law/Social work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years’ experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a government or non-government project programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside the same set-up. She should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the centre.
Remuneration: Rs.21000/- per month.
2. Office Assistant
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: The service could be outsourced to any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in handling office documentation related job with proficiency in working on computer, at state or district level with government or non-governmental organizations.
Remuneration: Rs.17000/- per month.
3. Multi-Purpose Stuff
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs.10500/- per month.
4. Cook
No. of posts: 02 (Two)
Qualification: The activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge/ experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs.10500/- per month.
5. Security Guard/Night Guard
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: The services could be outsourced to any person having at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military para military personnel.
Remuneration: Rs.9000/- per month.
# The candidate must be minimum age of 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2025. Upper age relaxations years will be given to SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years to PWD candidates.

How to Apply for DC Sivasagar Recruitment?
Duly filled applications in the Standard Form as prescribed in the Assam Gazette Part IX, along with the original documents of age proof, address proof, identity proof, and educational certificates from Class X onwards, caste certificate, experience certificate, and NOC from the current employer (wherever applicable), as well as a set of self-attested photocopies of all the documents mentioned above and two recent passport-size photographs, are to be produced at the time of the interview.
The registration process for all five posts will start at 9:30 AM on 14th October 2025 and will end at 11:00 AM on the same day. No candidates will be allowed to participate in the recruitment process thereafter. Only registered candidates will be allowed to appear in the subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
