NIT Nagaland Recruitment 2025
1. Associate Professor
- No. of posts: 07 [UR: 05, OBC-NCL: 01 & SC: 01]
- Essential: Six years after Ph.D. of which at least three years at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP ₹8,000/-. OR Nine years total working experience, of which three years should be after Ph.D., with at least three years at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP ₹8,000/-.
2. Assistant Professor
- No. of posts: 12 [UR: 08, OBC-NCL: 03 & SC: 01]
- Essential: Three years after Ph.D. OR six years total teaching and research experience in reputed academic Institute/ R&D Labs/relevant industry.

Application Fee of NIT Nagaland
Non-refundable application fee of Rs.1,500/- for UR/OBC/EWS should be paid online. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD (DIVYANG) are exempted from paying the fee. Candidates are advised to read details given in the Payment Process link carefully before making the payment.
Candidates are instructed to fill in the correct “SBI Collect Reference Number”, which will be auto-generated after the fee payment is correctly made, in the online application form. The reference number should match with that in the Payment Receipt received from the bank.
How to Apply for NIT Nagaland?
Candidates need to fill the online application at nitnagalandrec.samarth.edu.in along with necessary enclosures.The printout (hard copy) of the online application along with all requisite supporting documents and Annexure(s) (Self- attested all pages) must reach to the office of “Registrar, National Institute of Technology Nagaland, Chumukedima, Nagaland-797103 on or before 21/01/2025 till 16.30 hrs.
