DMC Sepahijala Recruitment 2023 Details
1. Public Prosecutor
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
Experience:
(i) Candidates must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.
(ii) Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii) Previous experience, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.
2. Addl. Public Prosecutor
No. of post: 01 (One)
Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
Experience:
(i) Candidates must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.
(ii) Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii) Previous experience, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.
3. Assistant Public Prosecutor
No. of posts: 12 (Twelve)
Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
Experience:
(i) Candidates must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 3 years.
(ii) Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii) Previous experience, if any, as Prosecutor.

# The candidate must submit ink signed original application by 5.30 p.m. of 9th June, 2023 as per format given below along with one attested copy of documents addressed to the undersigned. No application will be received after 5.30 p.m. of 9th June, 2023.
# All the intending candidates may submit applications to the Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Sepahijala District, Bishramganj by 09.06.2023 during office hours except holiday.
