must have HSLC passed and have valid 4 wheeler Driving Licence (HMV) issued by
the District Transport Authority, Govt. of Assam.
Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-49,000/-
+ Grade Pay Rs.5,000/- per month
2. Grade-IV
No. of Posts: 13 (UR:
06, EWS: 02, STP: 01, SC: 01 & OBC/MOBC: 03)
Qualification: Class-VIII
passed.
Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-37,500/-
+ Grade Pay Rs.3,900/- per month
3. Grade-IV (Sweeper)

Age limit of ESI Scheme Assam Recruitment 2021
√Candidates
should not be less than 18 years and not above 40 years of age as on
01.01.2021. The upper age limit in relaxable for 3 years for OBC and 5 years
for SC/STP/STH candidates.
How to Apply ESI Scheme Assam Recruitment 2021
√Interested
candidates shall have to fill up the online application form available at the
official website of AMO, ESI Scheme, Assam www.esischemeassam.com.
The
following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of
document verification if call for and photocopies of all certificates etc. are
to be submitted.
a. 2 (two)
copies of recent passport size colour photograph which is uploaded during
filling up of online application form submission.
b.
Class-VIII passed certificate or Birth Certificate for age proof for Grade-IV
& Sweeper posts.
c. HSLC
passed certificate for driver posts.
e. Admit
card/Birth Certificate for age proof for driving posts.
f. All Marksheet
and passed certificate.
g. Valid
Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.
h.
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (where applicable).
i. Driving
License (HMV) issued by the District Transport Authority, Govt. of Assam for
Driving posts.
