Age limit (both posts) |
Candidate shall
not be less than 18 (Eighteen) years and not more than 40 (Forty) years on
the 01st Day of January, 2021. In Case of SC/STP/STH candidates
upper age is relaxable as per Govt. rule in force. |

√The candidate having the
required qualification for the post as mentioned above may apply in Standard
Form along with self-attested Xerox Copies of the following documents etc. in
enclosed envelop address to The Executive Engineer (PHE), Jorhat Division,
Jorhat and submit in the Drop Box in the Divisions office up to 3.00 PM on 06.02.2021.
(i) Passport
size colour photograph 2 (two) nos. with signature of the candidate to the
given of back side.
(ii) Proof
of Age: Birth Certificate from competent authority on School Certificates from
Govt. Recognized School.
(iii)
Heavy and Light valid Driving License for both driver (whichever applicable).
(iv) Valid
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from the Employment Exchange,
Jorhat District, Jorhat.
(v) Voter
Card or Aadhaar Card.
(vi) Caste
Certificate (Whichever applicable).
(vii) 1
(one) no of Self address Envelope (12cm x 27cm) with proper amount of stamp.
The Mobile Number of the applicant must be written on the envelop. Incomplete
applications will be rejected and no application will be entertained after the scheduled
date and time.
