1. External Evaluator
√No.
of Post: 01 (One)
√Qualification: Post
Graduate Degree in any stream with minimum 5 years of experience in HIV/AIDS
sector preferably in working with marginalized population like High risk
Groups, Vulnerable population, PLHIVs. Knowledge of computerized reporting.
√Remuneration: The
team leader is to be remuneration for Rs.2500/- per day and other evaluators
are to be remunerated a minimum of Rs.2000/- per day. The team leader and 2nd
evaluator to be remunerated for 3 days for one NGO. Expenditure for the travel,
accommodation and other logistics related to evaluation will be paid as per
TA/DA norms of SACS.
2. Financial Evaluator

of Post: 01 (One)
√Qualification: B.Com
with accountancy with minimum 5 years of experience of audit in any Govt.
funded organization. Knowledge of computerized reporting.
√Remuneration: The
finance evaluator will be paid Rs.2000/- per day visit to one NGO. Expenditure
for the travel, accommodation and other related to evaluation will be paid as
per TA/DA norms of SACS.
