Qualification & Experience


Case Worker (Women): Bachelor’s in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with 3 yrs experience in women-related Govt./Non-Govt. projects.

Psycho Social Counsellor (Women): Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with health sector background; Preferably 3 yrs experience in Govt./Non-Govt. health projects at district level.

Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge (Women): Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Computer/IT; Minimum 3 yrs experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting & video conferencing at state/district level in Govt./Non-Govt./IT organizations.

Multi- Purpose Staff/Cook (Women): Multi-Purpose Worker (preferably female): Literate person with relevant domain knowledge/experience; preference to candidates with a High School degree.

Case Worker (Women): Law Degree/Master of Social Work with 3 yrs experience in handling violence against women issues in Govt./Non-Govt. projects; must be a resident of the local community.

Counsellor (Women): PG degree in Social Work/Clinical Psychology with at least 3 yrs experience as Counsellor/Psychotherapist in a reputed mental health institute/clinic at District/State level.

Project Assistant: PG in Statistics/MCA/CS/IT with minimum 3 yrs experience in data handling, fund flow monitoring, project implementation & MIS management in State/Central Govt. schemes; preference for experience with GEM/PFMS portals.

Accountant: Graduate in any stream with minimum 5 yrs experience in file management, accounts handling, cashbook registers, and knowledge of TDS & GST in State/Central Govt. offices; preference for retired employees.

Sr. Instructor (Dress Making): Madhyamik or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Fashion/Apparel Technology with 1 yr experience OR 2-yr Diploma in Dress Making/Garment Fabrication/Costume Designing with 2 yrs experience OR NTC/NAC in Dress Making with 3 yrs experience in relevant field.

Sr. Instructor (Civil): Madhyamik or equivalent; Degree in relevant Engineering branch with 1 yr experience OR 3-yr Diploma in relevant Engineering branch with 2 yrs experience in a reputed workshop/factory or recognized teaching institution.

Sr. Instructor (DTPO): Madhyamik or equivalent; B.Voc./Degree in Printing Technology with 1 yr experience in computer & desktop publishing OR 2-yr Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Vocational) in Printing Technology with 2 yrs experience OR NTC/NAC in Desktop Publishing Operator trade with 3 yrs relevant experience.

Accountant: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Com) with basic accounting knowledge, certified course in Tally ERP, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); Desirable: Experience in Tally ERP/PSU accounting and understanding of GST, Income Tax & financial regulations.

Project Implementing Officer: 

  • Essential: Master’s degree with PhD in Forestry/Agriculture/Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Science/Social Work/Rural Development/Management, or Master’s degree in the same fields; preferred knowledge in project management, M&E, or GIS.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 yrs (with PhD) or 10 yrs (with Master’s) in implementing externally aided/Govt. development projects in forestry, NRM, or rural sectors; experience in planning, coordination, supervision, reporting, and community engagement.
  • Technical: Strong in project implementation, budgeting, monitoring, PRA tools, safeguards (social/environmental), MS Office, MIS, and basic GIS.
  • Managerial: Leadership, coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; integrity and accountability in operations.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Bengali & Kokborok preferred.
  • Other: Willingness for extensive field visits; familiarity with donor reporting systems desirable.
Finance Officer (FO)

  • Essential: CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/PG Diploma in Finance or Accounts.
  • Experience: (a) Minimum 3 yrs experience in Govt. finance management, auditing systems, and expenditure monitoring. (b) Preferably 3 yrs in project management related to natural resource management, fund allocation/utilization, and auditing. (c) 2 yrs experience in donor-funded/public development projects involving planning, monitoring, and audits. (d) Experience mentoring and supervising finance-related project staff. (e) Proficient in computer-based financial planning and monitoring. (f) Good communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Bengali/tribal languages preferred.
Lower Division Clerk: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with minimum 2 yrs experience in Govt./Non-Govt./Private organization/NGO and basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Resorts Manager: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication & customer service skills; ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays); knowledge of industry regulations & safety standards; proficiency in MS Office and resort management software.
