DMC Gomati District Vacancy 2021 Details
1. Addl./Public Prosecutor
√No. of Posts: 02 (Two)
√Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree in Law
of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council
of Tripura.
√Eligibility: Candidates must have experience in
practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.
√Experience needed:
(i) Total number of cases conducted independently
and jointly.
(ii) Judgment of at least 03 cases in
which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii) Previous experiences, if any, as
Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.
(iv) General reputation in terms of
integrity and professional efficiency.
2. Assistant Public Prosecutor
√No. of Posts: 08 (Eight)
√Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree in Law
of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council
of Tripura.
√Eligibility: Candidates must have experience in
practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 3 years.
√Experience needed:
(i) Total number of cases conducted independently
and jointly.
(ii) Judgment of at least 03 cases in
which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
(iii) Previous experiences, if any, as
Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.
(iv) General reputation in terms of
integrity and professional efficiency.
