Eligibility Criteria
Sector Experts
- Relevant Master's degree, MBA or PGDM depending on the sector.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in programme implementation, team leadership and stakeholder coordination will be useful for these roles.
M&E and Data Analytics Specialist
- Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, programme implementation or data analysis.
M&E and Data Analytics Assistants
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or English.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, data collection or analysis.
Age Limit
- Sector Experts: Below 50 years
- M&E Specialist: Below 45 years
- M&E Assistants: Below 35 years
Work Profile
- Support the Planning Department and the State Support Mission in sector planning and implementation.
- Prepare development strategies, reports, policy notes and presentations.
- Assist in monitoring government programmes and evaluating their outcomes.
- Maintain monitoring databases and support field-level data collection.
- Prepare inputs for the state's long-term development roadmap and related initiatives.
- Use data analysis and reporting tools to support evidence-based planning.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of programme monitoring and evaluation.
- Good command of MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of tools such as SPSS, Stata, Epi-Info or MS Access may be useful for M&E roles.
Terms of Engagement
- Contract Period: Initially 2 months, with possible extension based on project requirements and performance.
- Leave: 18 days per year along with applicable Manipur Government holidays.
- Nature of Appointment: Purely contractual and project-based.
