1. Rural Tourism Consultant

No. of Post: 01 [One]

Desired Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized Institutions or University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade.

• Minimum 05 years of experience in tourism industry.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team.
• Expert in the usage of computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Ability to maintain a good business relationship be responsive to changes in circumstances and always willing to help.
• Domicile of Meghalaya. 

2. Manager, Heritage & Conservation

No. of Post: 01 [One]

Qualification: Master of Arts in Archaeology.

Desired Experience & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 02 years of experience in archaeological and heritage site research and management.
2. Responsible for the conservation and management of heritage sites.
3. Managing restoration and conservation projects.
4. Responsible for developing heritage attractions to enhance and increase visitor access.
5. Conduct periodic exploration of archaeological sites.
6. Undertaking research to maintain awareness of developments within the field.
7. Ensuring artifacts are cared for.

Essential Skills:

1. Good written and verbal communication.
2. Demonstrated strong values and professional integrity.
3. Excellent Decision Making & Problem-Solving Skills.
4. Expert in the usage of computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc).

Age Limit: From 24 years up to 35 years.
