Director of Handlooms & Textiles (DHT), Manipur has released direct recruitment of 25 posts of Instructor, Supervisor, Skill Artisan, Grade-IV, Stenographer, LDC and Driver Vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates read notification and may apply online form.
DHT, Manipur Vacancy 2021 Details
1. Instructor (Brass & Bell Metal)
No. of Post: 01 [UR]
Qualification:
1. Matriculate/HSLC or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board.
2. Trained in Foundry and Brass & Bell Metal from a recognized Institution.
3. Preference will be given to those have at least 2 (two) years’ experience in the line.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi & Manipuri.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-
Age limit: 30 years and below (Upper age limit is relaxable for Govt. servant appointed under the Govt. of Manipur to the extent of the period of continuous service put in the post/service and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and a Govt. Servant who belongs to SC/ST will get the facility admissible to a Govt. servant in addition to the relaxation admissible to SC/ST candidates).
2. Supervisor (Carpet)
No. of Post: 01 [UR]
Qualification:
1. Matriculate/HSLC or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board.
2. Diploma course in concerned trade from a recognized Institute.
3. At least one year experience in the trade from a recognized Institute.
Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi & Manipuri.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-
Age limit: 30 years and below (Upper age limit is relaxable for Govt. servant appointed under the Govt. of Manipur to the extent of the period of continuous service put in the post/service and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and a Govt. 3. Skilled Artisan/Dem (Doll & Toys)

Qualification: Matriculate/HSLC or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board and passed Artisan course in the trade concerned from a recognized Institute.
Or,
Passed Class-VIII from a recognized Institute and passed Artisan course in the trade concerned from a recognized Institute and having experience for 5 (five) years in the concerned trade from a recognized Institute.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1800/- (GP Rs.1900 for Matriculate).

8. Stenographer/Personal Assistant/Steno-Typists Grade-III
No. of Post: 01 [UR]
Qualification:
1) Matriculate or its equivalent of a recognized University/Board with speed below 80 words per minute and not below 65 words per minute in shorthand (English) and a speed not less than 30 words per minute in typing (English) (Relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 60 words per minute in shorthand and 25 words per minute in typing).
2) Educational or other qualification relaxable in respect of physically handicapped persons according to Govt. instruction issued from time to time.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900/-
Age limit: 30 years and below (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, Government servants, Ex-Servicemen/Retrenched personnel according to Governments instructions).
9. LDC
No. of Posts: 07 [UR: 04, ST: 02, OBC-M: 01]
Qualification:
1) Graduate who have completed a Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) IDOS + Windows + MS Office + Multimedia + Internet) of a Central/State recognized Institute.
2) Candidates for direct recruitment should come through the Employment Exchanges and qualify in the recruitment examination to be held by the Department.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2000/-
Age limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 38 years (Upper age limit is relaxable for Govt. servants under the Government of Manipur and by 5 years for SC/ST with facility admissible to a Government servant in addition).
10. Driver (Light)
No. of Post: 01 [UR]
Qualification:
1) Class-X pass/Matriculate/HSLC/Equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.
2) Driving experience for 3 (three) years possessing requisite driving license.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1900/-
Age limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 38 years (Upper age limit is relaxable for Government servants and by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
