Post Name: Stenographer

Qualification & Eligibility:
1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
2. Holder of Diploma Certificate in English Stenography from a recognized Institution.
3. Basic Knowledge of Computer Application equivalent to Course on Compute Concepts (CCC) of NIELIT or Diploma in Computer Applications/Certificate in Computer Application from institutions recognized by Mizoram State Council for Technical Education or such other courses of the level as determined by the Government from time to time.
4. Working knowledge of Mizo language at least Middle School standard.
Wages: Fixed for Skilled-I in the Notification No. B.14015/4/2010-LESDE/417, dated 16.06.2023.
Age limit: Between 18 to 42 years.

Selection Process for GHC Aizawl
Stage-I: English Proficiency Test (100 Marks)
Stage-II: Stenography Test at 80 w.p.m. (80 marks)
Stage-III: Viva Voice/Interview (20 marks)
# The English Proficiency Test will be of a qualifying nature, and marks obtained therein will not be considered while preparing the final select list. Final selection will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained by the candidates in the stenography skill test and interview/viva voice.

Application forms can be duly filled out with two (2) copies of recent passport-size photographs and relevant documents to prove eligibility. They should reach the office of the undersigned on or before June 10, 2024.
