Other Details of APPSC JE CRE 2025
Qualification: Minimum 3 (three) years Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor of Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institutions/University.
Age limit: (1) Candidates must be not less than 18 years and not more than 35 years of age as on 10/10/2025. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in accordance with orders issued by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh from time to time. (2) Age concession for candidates belonging to PwBD and regular Government servants of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh will be as per the rules and guidelines in force from time to time.
Application Fee: (1) APST candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only, and ₹200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for other candidates, through online mode only. (2) PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.
Selection Process:-
Written Exam Subjects & Marks
- General English, General Studies & Aptitude (Objective): 150 marks
- Technical Paper (Objective): 300 marks
- Viva-Voce: 50 marks
- Total: 500 marks
- Negative Marking: 1/6 for each wrong answer.
- Viva-Voce Call: About 3 times the number of vacancies, subject to qualifying marks.
Qualifying Marks:
- General candidates: 33% aggregate (min. 20% in each paper).
- PwBD candidates: 20% aggregate (min. 10% in each paper).

- Register for One Time Registration (OTR) (mandatory).
- Already registered → Login with same User ID & Password.
- Apply online at https://appsc.gov.in.
- Govt. employees → Upload Intimation/NOC from department.
- Submit only one application (if multiple, highest Registration ID will be accepted).
- Application dates: 18.09.2025 (5 PM) to 10.10.2025 (5 PM).
- Signature: White paper, black ink pen (40–50 KB, JPG).
- Photo: Latest colour passport size, white background, front-faced, no headgear/sunglasses (40–100 KB, JPG).
- Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of Diploma/Degree/Master’s certificates + year-wise mark sheets (issued by University authorities).
- Age Proof: Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate (only valid document).

- APST candidates → APST Certificate + PRC/Aadhaar.
- General candidates → PRC/Aadhaar.
