Educational Qualification
- FAO/TO & STO: Candidates with the prescribed degree qualifications in Commerce, Economics, BBA, Mathematics/Statistics or related disciplines can apply as per the official notification.
- Prosecution Posts: Candidates must possess the prescribed Law (LL.B.) qualification.
- Final Semester Candidates: Candidates appearing or appeared in the final semester examination for FAO/TO and STO may apply, subject to submission of passing proof on or before the interview date.
- Legal Posts: The required 7-year criminal law experience certificate must be submitted at the time of online application.
Eligibility & Age Limit
- Nationality: Indian Citizen.
- State Requirement: Valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Arunachal Pradesh.
- APST: Candidates must possess a valid APST Certificate.
- Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years.
- APST Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, up to 40 years.
- APST PwBD: Upper age relaxation up to 15 years as per rules.
- Age will be calculated as on 12 October 2026.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- Screening Test: Objective-type test of 200 marks, conducted if the number of applicants is large.
- Written Examination: Total 450 marks.
- General English & General Studies: 150 marks.
- Concerned Subject Paper-I: 150 marks.
- Concerned Subject Paper-II: 150 marks.
- Viva-Voce: 50 marks.
- Final evaluation will be based on the written examination and Viva-Voce, totaling 500 marks.
