Qualification

1. Project Research Scientist - I (Medical)

Essential: (i) MBBS/BDS/equivalent or (ii) Bachelor in Allied Health Sciences with MPH (iii) Good Command of English: Speaking, reading, and writing.

Desirable: (i) Postgraduate Degree (MD/MS/Epidemiology/Clinical trials) (ii) Prior experience in supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects. (iii) Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects (iv) Good writing and communication skills. (v) Knowledge of computer software for data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription. (vi) Trained in Research Methodology and skills in conducting training programs.

2. Project Nurse II (Research Nurse)

Essential: (i) Three-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course. (ii) Good Command of Khasi & English: Speaking, reading, and writing.

Desirable: (i) Prior experience in supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects. (ii) Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects (iii) Good writing and communication skills. (iv) Knowledge of computer software for data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription. (v) Trained in Research Methodology and skills in conducting training programs.

3. Project Technical Support - II

Essential: (i) 12th in science with Diploma in Echocardiography or equivalent and five years’ experience. (ii) Three-year graduates in Echocardiography with two years of experience.

Desirable: (i) Good Command on Khasi & English: Speaking, reading and writing. (ii) Prior experience in data collection (iii) Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects (iv) Good writing and communication skills. (v) Knowledge of computer software for qualitative & quantitative data analysis, data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription. (vi) Trained in Research Methodology & skilled in conducting training programs.
