Educational Qualification
  • ITI (Electrician): Full-Time ITI in Electrician trade from a Government-recognised institution.
  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): Full-Time 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering from a recognised Board/University.
  • Graduate (Electrical/Civil): Full-Time 4-year B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or Civil Engineering from a recognised University.
  • Note: Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination within 2 years from the application closing date, i.e. between 11.09.2024 and 10.09.2026. Part-time, distance, and online qualifications are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.
  • Candidates having more than 1 year of post-qualification work experience are not eligible.
  • Candidates awaiting their final results are not eligible.
Monthly Stipend
  • ITI (Electrician): ₹13,500/- per month
  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): ₹15,000/- per month, including GoI DBT of ₹5,450/-
  • Graduate (Electrical/Civil): ₹17,500/- per month, including GoI DBT of ₹6,150/-
  • Additional HRA: ₹2,500/- per month if company accommodation is not provided or availed.
Age Limit
  • Minimum Age: 18 years as on 10.09.2026.
Selection Process
  • Merit-based shortlisting based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification in a 1:5 ratio.
  • No Written Examination and No Interview.
