Sikkim TET 2024 Details
1. Post Name: Primary Teacher (PT)
Class: I-V (Primary Stage)
Qualification:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks for unreserved candidates and 45% in case of SC, ST, OBC (Central), OBC (State)and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks for unreserved candidates and 45% in case of SC, ST, OBC(Central), OBC (State) and passed 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 45%in case of SC, ST, OBC (Central), OBC (State) and passed 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
2. Post Name: Graduate Teacher (GT)
Class: VI-VIII (Elementary stage)
Qualification:
B.A./B.Sc./with 50% marks for unreserved candidates and 45% in case of SC, ST, OBC (Central), OBC (State) and passed 2years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
OR
B.A./B.Sc./with 50% marks for unreserved candidates and 45% in case of SC, ST, OBC (Central), OBC (State) and passed 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
OR

Other Details of Sikkim TET 2024
Pattern of Examination: STET questions will be of objective type. (Multiple Choice Question) There will be no negative marking. No. of MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) = 150. All are compulsory. Duration of examination will be of 2:30 hrs.
Application Fee: Application for STET will be only through online payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only is to be made as Examination Fee. FEE ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK.
