BSF Group-C Vacancy Details
1. ASI (DM Gde-III)
- No. of post: 01 (UR)
- Essential: (a) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (b) Diploma course in Draftsmanship (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized University or Institution.
- Desirable: Diploma in civil Engineering
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
2. HC (Carpenter)
- No. of posts: 04 (UR: 02, OBC: 01 & ST: 01)
- Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Carpenter or three years experience in the respective trade from reputed firm.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
3. HC (Plumber)
- No. of posts: 02 (UR)
- Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Plumber or three years experience in the respective trade from reputed firm.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
4. Constable (Sewerman)
- No. of posts: 02 (UR: 01 & OBC: 01)
- Qualification: Matriculation pass or its equivalent with experience in maintenance of sewerage subject to qualifying proficiency test in the trade.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
5. Constable (Generator Operator)
- No. of posts: 24 (UR: 08, EWS: 02, OBC: 06, SC: 07 & ST: 01)
- Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade (i.e. Electrician or Wireman or Diesel /Motor Mechanic) from a recognized institute and three years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
6. Constable (Generator Mechanic)
- No. of posts: 28 (UR: 12, EWS: 02, OBC: 08, SC: 04 & ST: 02)
- Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute and three years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
7. Constable (Linemen)
- No. of posts: 11 (UR: 06, EWS: 01, OBC: 03 & SC: 01)
- Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute Certificate from a recognized institute in the trade of Electrical wireman or Lineman and three years experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Age limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date of receipt of online applications.
Application Fee of BSF Group-C Recruitment
Candidates to pay Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) as examination fee through following payment modes:-
(i) Net banking of any bank.
(ii) Credit/Debit Card of any bank.
(iii) Nearest authorised Common Service Centre
NOTE:-
(i) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of examination fee.
(ii) Payment of examination will be accepted only through Online mode
(iii) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(iv) In case of non-receipt of examination fee from the candidates of non-exempted categories, their form will not be accepted.
How to Apply for BSF Group-C Recruitment
- The application by the candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode only. No other mode for submission of application will be accepted. The facility for submission of online application will be opened on BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in w.e.f 15/11/2021 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on 29/12/2021 at 11:59 PM. Procedure for submission of online application is attached with this advertisement as per Annexure – ‘A’.
