1. Financial Management Specialist
No. of Post: 01 (One)
a) Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (prefer fellow member of ICAI)
b) General Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experiences in the institutions related to the public/private sector after Bachelor’s degree;
c) Specific Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of specific continuous working experiences in various financial management and control process in public sector/State Government/Central Government.
- Working experience of at least 5 years with International agencies.
- Availability at Aizawl, Mizoram as and when services required for the project.
- Familiar working experiences in the North - east region is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and ability to operate Microsoft Office related applications in computer for financial management.
Salary: Rs. 80,000/- pm

2. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification:
- Master’s degree from recognized university preferably in statistics/ social sciences/ management
- At least five (5) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, results based management, data management.
- Excellent writing and analytical skill in drafting concept notes and reports
- Understanding and knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Words, Excel and data base management.
- Experience of working with survey tools/CAPI will be given preference
Salary: Rs. 60,000/- pm

3. Consultant – Management Information System/Information Technology
No. of Post: 01 (One)
Qualification:
1. Full time MCA or M. Tech or B. Tech (IT / Computer Science)/ Full time Master in Engineering (ME) or Bachelors in Engineering (BE) (IT/Computer science).
2. With minimum overall experience of 5 (five years minimum) of experience in developing, designing and managing information system within organizations (IT/MIS). Preference will be given to candidates with experience of MIS in public health program/ hospital/ national or state level health projects or an NGO health project, in India or abroad.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in projects developing IT support and implementation software.
- Manage database of projects and processes.
- Experience in installation, management and maintenance of IT system(s).
- Experience of using applications, software used by national programmes such as HMIS etc.
- Experience of developing application software for State/National level programs and relevant working experience with International funded programme.
- Experience of using commonly used programming languages/frameworks/tools and databases.
- Good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and email.
Salary: Rs.50,000/- pm

4. District Quality Manager

Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a degree in M.Sc. Nursing or graduation with Masters in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Social Science/Management.
Experience:
- Essential: Applicant must possess a minimum three year of experience in Hospital Administration/Public health.
- Desirable: Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in Health Care Quality or Formal Quality of a quality system like NQAS/NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/ Kaizen.
Salary: Rs.50,000/- pm

5. District Hospital Quality Manager
