Educational & Training Qualification
- Qualification: Passed HSSLC (Science) with Biology as a subject.

VFA Training: Must have successfully completed the prescribed One-Year V.F.A. Training Course in Elementary Knowledge of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science from the recognized School of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Ghungoor, Silchar.

Pay Scale
-
Pay Band-2 (PB-2): ₹14,000/- to ₹70,000/- + Grade Pay ₹6,200/- per month, along with other applicable allowances as per KAAC/Assam Government rules.

Selection Process
-
No Fresh Written Examination: Selection will be made through a 100-mark merit assessment system.

HSSLC (Science): 20% of marks obtained in HSSLC = 20 Marks.

1-Year VFA Training: 40% of marks obtained in the VFA Training Course = 40 Marks.

Viva-Voce/Interview: 40 Marks.

Age Limit & Application Fee

Age Limit: As per the Assam Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Subordinate Service Rules, 2002 and prevailing State Government orders. Age will be determined on the basis of the HSLC Admit Card/Certificate.

Application Fee: KAAC Money Receipt of ₹10/- for ST/SC candidates and ₹20/- for other categories.

Payment Note: IPO, Draft, Cheque or cash sent directly with the application will not be accepted.

Postal Stamp Envelope: Candidates must enclose a self-addressed envelope measuring 23 cm × 11 cm with a ₹5/- postal stamp affixed.

Step 1: Download/fill the Assam Gazette Standard Application Form (Part-IX).

Step 2: Attach self-attested copies of HSLC, HSSLC (Science with Biology), VFA Training Certificate, PRC/Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate and other required documents.

Step 3: Attach Form-A Small Family Declaration, KAAC Money Receipt, two passport-size photographs and the self-addressed stamped envelope.

Step 4: Submit the completed application through the Drop Box at the Office of the Central Selection Board, KAAC Secretariat, Diphu.

Step 5: Candidates may also send the application through Registered Post/Speed Post to the address given below.
