Qualification for Planning Tripura Recruitment

Post Name	Qualification & Experience
Consultant (PM GatiShakti)	Qualification: A Post graduate in Information Technology/Space Application/Geoinformatics/ Management/Public Planning etc. From a recognized university. Desirable: Post graduate in Space Application/ Geo-informatics. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the use of spatial Planning Tools with satellite imagery. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling relevant schemes/ Projects in Major Organization.
Consultant (Public Finance)	Qualification: A Post graduate in Technology/Financial Management/Public Finance/Public Administration from a recognized university. Desirable: CFA/CA/ICWA. Qualification can be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidates. Experience: At least 15 plus years of experience in Management. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Public Finance. Experience of working in a Government Agency is desired.
Consultant (IT Innovations)	Qualification: A graduate in B.E/B. Tech./MCA from a recognized university. Desirable: MBA/M. Tech. Qualification can be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidates. Experience: At least 15 plus years of experience in IT project management and implementation roles. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in developing and managing large scale IT/eGovernance projects on end-to-end basis. Experience of working in a Government/PSU setup is desirable Exposure to diverse management techniques and capacity building. Knowledge of emerging technologies like Block chain, AI. Proffered Industry certifications like PMP, PMI, Prince 2 etc. are desirable.
Consultant (Information Technology)	Qualification: A graduate in B.E/B. Tech./MCA from a recognized university. Desirable: MBA/M. Tech. Qualification can be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidates. Experience: (i) At least 15 plus years of experience in IT project management and implementation roles. (ii) Minimum 4-5 years of experience in developing and managing large scale IT/eGovernance projects on end-to-end basis.
