Eligibility Criteria for BVFCL
1. Senior Manager (Finance)
Graduate with CA or ICWA qualification and at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in finance roles within a PSU or large private organization, including minimum 4 years in managerial position. Experience should include financial accounting, budgeting, taxation, costing, auditing, and coordination with banks or financial institutions. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
2. Manager (Finance)
Graduate with CA or ICWA and minimum 8 years of experience in finance or accounts in a PSU or large private sector company. Preference will be given to candidates having SAP knowledge.
3. Officer (Finance)
Graduate with CA or ICWA qualification along with minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounts in a PSU or reputed private organization.
4. Safety Officer
Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in safety management in PSU or large industrial organization. Candidates must meet physical and vision standards as mentioned in the official advertisement.
5. Engineer (Production)
Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production operations in PSU or large chemical industry. Experience in fertilizer or chemical sector will be preferred.
6. Engineer (Mechanical)
Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in PSU or large process industry. Preference will be given to candidates from fertilizer or chemical industries.
7. Engineer (Instrumentation)
Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication with minimum 3 years’ experience in instrumentation maintenance. Knowledge of DCS/PLC systems will be an advantage.
8. Engineer (Civil)
Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction and maintenance works such as RCC or steel structures, buildings, roads, sanitation systems, fire water pipelines, and tendering processes. Experience in refinery, fertilizer or chemical industry preferred.
9. Deputy Manager (HR)
Full-time MBA or PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare with minimum 8 years’ experience in HR functions in PSU or large private organization. Law qualification will be an added advantage.
10. Officer (HR)
Full-time MBA or PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare with minimum 3 years’ experience in HR-related roles in PSU or reputed private organization. Law degree preferred.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹200 through online payment modes such as internet banking, credit card, or debit card, as instructed on the official application portal.
Applicants from SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from paying the application fee, provided they possess a valid certificate issued by the competent authority.
