JNIMS Imphal East Job Information Details
1. Associate Professor
- No. of vacancy: 01 (UR)
- Essential: MD/DNB (Emergency Medicine) Or MD/MS/DNB qualification in Departments of General Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Anesthesia and Orthopaedics with 3 (three) years special training in Emergency Medicine in a Teaching institute/Centre of Excellence with dedicated service as per NMC Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 and as amended from time to time.
- Teaching Experience: 4 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in a permitted/ Recognized Medical College/Institution.
- Research Experience: Should have at least 2 (two) Research Publication only original papers, meta-analysis, systematic, reviews, and case series that are published in journals included in Medicine, PubMed, Central Sciences Citation Index, Sciences Citation Index, Expanded Embase, Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journals (DoAJ) will be considered during the tenure of Assistant Professor.
- Desirable: Completed the basis course in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research from Institutions designed by NMC.
- Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 + AGP Rs.7000/-
2. Assistant Professor
- No. of vacancy: 01 (UR)
- Essential: MD/DNB (Emergency Medicine) Or MD/MS/DNB qualification in Departments of General Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Anesthesia and Orthopaedics with 3 (three) years special training in Emergency Medicine in a Teaching institute/Centre of Excellence with dedicated service as per NMC Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 and as amended from time to time.
- Experience: One-year Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized/permitted medical college after acquiring MD/MS/DNB degree.
- Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + AGP Rs.7000/-
Age: The age of the applicant should not be more than 45 years as on 01/06/2022. Upper age limit is relaxable for 5 (five) years for SC/ST, 3 (three) for OBC and 10 (ten) years for PwDs candidates. In addition to the above relaxation candidates serving in a recognized Medical College/State Government is relaxable up to a period 5 years.
