MJA HCM Imphal Job Information Details
1. Computer Operator (CO)
- No. of vacancy: 04 [UR: 03 & ST: 01]
- Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Diploma/Certificate in Computer Operations. (iii) Experience in execution of works such as data entry and DTP works and basic hardware maintenance. (iv) Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
- Pay Scale: Level-4, Rs.21,700/-
- Age limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years (Upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).
2. LDA
- No. of vacancy: 02 [UR]
- Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Should have knowledge of computer typing with a minimum speed of 35 w.p.m.
- Pay Scale: Level-4, Rs.21,700/-
- Age limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years (Upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).
3. Stenographer Grade-II
- No. of vacancy: 01 [UR]
- Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University/Institute. (ii) Certificate of Stenography in English from a recognized institute with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing.
- Pay Scale: Level-6, Rs.29,200/-
- Age limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years (Upper age limit is relaxable up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).

Scheme of Exam for MJA HCM Imphal Recruitment
(1) Computer Operator: (i) Written examination of one-hour duration for 50 marks in General English with a cut off/pass marks of 20 marks. (ii) Computer typing speed test of 35 w.p.m. for those who qualify in the written examination. (iii) Skill test for 30 minutes’ duration. (iv) Viva-voce/interview.
(2) LDA: (i) Written examination of 3 hours duration in English Language, General Awareness and Quantitative aptitude for 100 marks. (ii) Computer typing speed test of 35 w.p.m. for those who qualify in the written examination. (iii) Viva voce/interview.
(3) Stenographer Grade-II
(a) Preliminary Examination: (i) Written examination of one-hour duration in General English for 50 marks. (ii) Stenography skill test of 60 w.p.m.
(b) Main Examination: (i) Computer typing test of 40 w.p.m. (ii) Stenography skill test of 100 w.p.m. (iii) Viva-voce.
