TRB Tripura UGT & GT Vacancy Details 2022
1. Under Graduate Teacher (UGC) for Classes I-V
- No. of vacancy: 313 [UR: 153, SC: 50, ST: 92, PH: 12 & ESM: 06]
- Pay: Rs. 16050/- fixed per month being 75% of the basic pay as per Level-7 of Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018. (Group – C Non-Gazetted).
2. Graduate Teacher (GT) for Classes VI-VIII
- No. of vacancy: 263 [UR: 125, SC: 43, ST: 79, PH: 11 & ESM: 05]
- Pay: Rs.20475/- fixed per month being 75% of the basic pay as per Level-9 of Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018. (Group – C Non-Gazetted).
Educational Qualification for TRB Tripura UGT & GT
A) Under-Graduate Teacher (for Classes I-V):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year diploma in education up to academic session Z0O4-05) (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and Z-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
OR
Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
OR
Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05) (by whatever name known).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
AND
Passed Tripura-Teachers' Eligibility Test (T-TET) paper-t and obtained certificate issued by TRBT.
NB: NCTE notification dated 23'd August, 2010 mentioned in Para-3, for 5ub-Para(a) the following 5ub-Para shall be substituted namely :- "who acquired the qualification of Bachelor of Education from any recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes l-V provided the person, so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month bridge course in Elementary Education from an Institution recognized by NCTE within two years of such appointment as primary teacher."
B) Graduate Teacherlfor Class Vl-Vlll):
Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) (by whatever name known).
OR
At least 50% marks either in Graduation or Post-Graduation and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulatlons issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years B.A./B. Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed.
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education).
AND
Passed Tripura-Teachers' Eligibility Test (T-TET) Paper-II and obtained certificate issued by TRBT.
# "Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents, who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to the 29rh July, 2011." (NCTE Notification dated: 13.11.2019)
Note: Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH category.
Age limit for TRB Tripura UGT & GT Recruitment
Age: up to 40 years as on 02.08.2022. upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/pH and Government Servant provided that Government servants belonging to SC/ST/pH category shall not get relaxation over and above general relaxation of 5 years available to them. Upper ale limit is also relaxable for Ex-Serviceman (ESM) as per norm.
NB:
(i) 2(two) year age relaxation will be allowed due to Covid-19 pandemic for all category
candidates as per memo of GA(P&T) vide No. F.23(11)-GA(P&T/2022 dated 11.07.2022.
(ii) Permissible age relaxation will be applicable for candidates from discharged ad-hoc 10,323 teachers as per memo of GA(P&T) dated 05.11.2020. (Candidates belonging to this category must click yes in the relevant point of online application to get the benefit).
Application Fee for TRB Tripura UGT & GT Recruitment
Fee: Rs. 100/- for Unreserved category and Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/pH category. Fee once paid will not be returned. Candidature of a candidate will not be accepted if TRBT does not receive the fee for whatsoever reason. Application will not be accepted if the fee is deposited after the scheduled date as mentioned in this notification
