Qualification & Experience
1. Biomedical Engineer
- Essential: B.Tech/M.Tech in Bio Medical engineering from any of the recognized board or University.
- Desirable: (i) A minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience in medical equipment planning and design. (ii) Should have experience of working as medical equipment expert for at least 3 multi-specialty hospital projects. (iii) Should be well-versed with medical equipment specifications and the procurement procedures. (iv) Should be conversant with MS office (Word, Excel etc.) to evaluate procurement bids, put up proposal for procurement etc. and also manage schedule of procurement and update status for generating MIS time to time. (v) Experience of working in the North East will be preferred. (vi) Experience of working in the externally aided project will be preferred. (vii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
2. Health Management Specialist (HMS)
- Essential: MD/MBBS/MBA in Public Health Management/Master in Public Health from recognized institute or university.
- Desirable: (i) Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience at the national/state levels in planning, programming, implementation monitoring and evaluation of technical cooperation programs related to Health. Professional work experience in a managerial position, or a technical expert position in managing/assessing health infrastructure at state/national level will be an asset. (ii) Should have experience in planning and conducting medical health services related training for various programmes. (iii) Should have experience in functionality assessment of hospital/ diagnostic equipment. (iv) Should have extensive experience in emerging technology in health care management. (v) Experience of working in Government programmes/projects or externally aided projects preferred. (vi) Familiar with MS office and Internet. (vii) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
3. Admin Assistant
- Essential: Graduate in any stream from a recognized Institute or University.
- Desirable: (i) Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in Office Administrative/File Management/Office Asset Management/Office Correspondence with Government Projects. (ii) Candidates working in similar capacity in Government projects/PSU/ Externally aided projects will be given preference. (iii) Exceptional degree of integrity, judgement and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material. (iv) Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, e-mail etc. (v) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
4. M&E/MIS Specialist
- Essential: The candidate should possess atleast MCA or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable: (i) The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/Private sector organization. (ii) Experience in designing, executing at least One LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable. (iii) Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable. (iv) Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reporting. (v) Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimizing cost/efficiencies. (vi) Support in development of IT platforms and applications. (vii) Support in conducting various training activities. (viii) Maintenance support, troubleshooting IT issues and providing assistance to medical colleges. (ix) Experience of working in the North East with govt aided project will be preferred. (x) Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.
5. Project Engineer
- Essential: Full time Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline from recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable: (i) Should have minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Public/Private sector organization out of which minimum 2 years’ experience in handling multi storey Building construction site is highly desirable. (ii) Should have professional work experience at the national/state levels or in any other externally aided project to review the design and drawings for the construction/renovation works, quality control, verification of material test certificates, IS codal compliances related to civil works planned in the project. (iii) Proficiency in MS office and Autocad functionalities, operation, record keeping etc. (iv) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.
